  2. Hi thanks for a very insightful article. It’s true social needs is well and truely here to stay and we have to  harness its power to our advantage. It amazes me how in my train commute to and from work in the peak hour, 90% of commuters are on their phones watching videos and flicking through reels. I think there are demographics for the different platforms. My 26 year old wouldn’t touch FB, she’s on Tik Tok and Insta. So knowing your market is imperative. I also like the idea of scheduling a calendar for posting but remember not to overdo it.
